Because of the costs incurred in organising a tour(s) our cancellations charges are as follows:

• 60+ days prior to the tour date 75% of the cost of the tour refunded.
• 30 – 59 days prior to the tour date 50% of the cost of the tour refunded.
• 15 – 30 days prior to the tour date. 25% of the cost of the tour refunded.
• Less than 14 days – no refund, you will lose 100% of the cost of the tour.

Yes, we use established and trusted payment methods. In addition, if we have to (in the very unlikely event) cancel the tour we will provide a full refund.

It is advised that you take out comprehensive travel insurance and, in these circumstances, you should then contact your insurance provider, they would then determine if you meet the required criteria. Your insurance provider should be able to advise you on this.

Yes, we are fully Insured and covered by Public Liability Insurance.

We only operate personalized tours, with a maximum of 6 people, so this could be a family group, a group of friends or as little 2 people.

A modern vehicle suitable for the number of people on the tour, guided tours of each the locations visited on the tour with complimentary bottled water and soft drinks. We can also provide a picnic lunch (additional cost), unless the choice is made to stop in a local town and for individuals to purchase their own lunch.

Your own travel insurance, food & drink if the picnic lunch is not required and museum entry fees.

In the very unlikely event that we have to cancel a tour(s), you will initially be offered an alternative date. However, if this not accepted, we would provide a full refund.

You may substitute another person in place of any group member at no extra charge, should you or another of your group is not able to attend the tour.

We strive to provide a personalized tour and so where it is practical to do so we will endeavour to accommodate such requests. This information in advance of the tour would make it more likely that we could adapt the tour accordingly. However, this may mean that less time might be spent at one of the specified locations.

Yes, you will need to have a valid passport to travel to France.  Please check with the French or your local Government Website for any other requirements specific to the country that you are travelling from.
